Introducing the new non-contact SICK DOSIC ultrasonic flow meter.
Using dual ultranosic sensors, the DOSIC detects & measures the flow volume of both conductive and non-conductive liquids. Targeted for all industries, its strength is in beverage, Food & Pharmaceutical.
It especially strong in hygienic environments & high-stress CIP/SIP settings that sanity & hygienic requirements. Thanks to its space-saving, compact size, the DOSIC® can be perfectly integrated into any machine environment.
The new DOSIC ultrasonic flowmeter is an improvement over conventional magmeters & Coriolis meters, offering a flexible, efficient, cost-effective option for measuring flow. In addition to having a hygienic, compact, robust design, the sensor is also easy to install and operate.
- This flow meter has a Stainless Steel (316L) flow channel & is available with 3/4″ and 1.25″ Tri-clamp process connections
- The meter conforms to demanding IP-69K process applications
- These are an improvement over conventional magmeters because these can measure non-conductive liquids.
- They’re also much less expensive than a typical Coriolis meter.
This new series from SICK can be used with different liquids without having to recalibrate the meter. The SICK DOSIC meters are configurable via IO-Link & SICK’s configuration software is designed for ease of use. The high-quality stainless-steel housing means extreme durability in the toughest conditions.
